Evidence Based

Research studies suggest that the most effective path to mental health involves treatment of mind and body.

Interdisciplinary

We believe that wellness is best achieved through an interdisciplinary team of a psychiatrist, therapist, and primary care provider; and that treatment should not interfere with life pursuits, but enhance them.

Convenient

We provide convenient virtual psychiatry consultations where you are.
