Research studies suggest that the most effective path to mental health involves treatment of mind and body.
At Equilibrium Behavioral Health, we believe that wellness is best achieved via an interdisciplinary team of a psychiatrist, therapist, and primary care provider; and that treatment should not interfere with other life pursuits, but enhance them.
Equilibrium Behavioral Health offers both in-person and virtual psychiatry consultations. We coordinate with your therapist and primary care provider to provide the best care possible.
