Insurance

 

We do not accept insurance payments. However, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, which may allow you to be reimbursed for services rendered by Equilibrium Behavioral Health.

 

You may also pay for treatment using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
