Insurance

I don’t accept insurance payments.

 

However, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, which may allow you to be reimbursed for services provided by Equilibrium Behavioral Health.

 

You may also pay for treatment using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). To get a sense of how much treatment will cost, please look at my Good Faith Agreement.
